Shipping Policy

At Outdoor Man Australia, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. Below is our general shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery process.

1. Service Provider
Australia Post is our preferred shipping solutions provider, although we may – at times – utilise the services of courier companies such as Toll and TNT, but not limited to these companies.

  • Processing Time
    Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Processing Time - Wet/Cyclone Season
    Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. However, as we are located in North Queensland, our Wet/Cyclone Season, usually running from November to March may cause some delays. Whilst delays are rare, they can still occur and we will do our best to communicate any potential delays occuring.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout and are flat rate fixed rates below: (subject to change)

  • Domestic Shipping (within Australia):
      - Standard Shipping: $20 (excludes additional insurance)
      - Express Shipping: $30 (excludes additional insurance)
      - Free standard shipping on orders over $249*. (excludes express shipping)
      - Additional charge for selected bulky items: $15
      - Gun Safes - Free Local delivery (Townsville Only - Contact Us)
  • International Shipping:
      - Standard International Shipping: Not Available at this time
      - Please note: International shipping times may vary depending on customs delays.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. For more information, please contact our support team.

5. International Duties and Taxes - International Orders Currently Not Available
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Outdoor Man Australia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If your package is delayed or goes missing, please contact us at  info@outdoormanaustralia.com.au for assistance.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
Whilst we are not responsable for missing or lost orders, if your package is lost or missing, your first point of contact would be the carrier, however, please also notify us at  info@outdoormanaustralia.com.au with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
